From the first moment in our apartments in Xerokampos you will feel a warm and friendly atmosphere and you will feel comfortable like your home. All the apartments have air condition and are fully equipped. They are decorated with simple but elegant way in colors that match perfectly with the area environment.

In the studio on the first floor can be arranged upon request and extra bed with the surcharge 5€/day.
*Important Note: The residence tax per night is 0.5 €
Cancellation Policy
The apartments and the rooms are available from 2pm of the arrival date until 12 of the departure date.
Deposit due 25% of the booked period by bank transfer on National Bank of Greece, specifying last name, period required and accommodation type.
Cancellation requests must be advised by email prior to 21 days of the arrival date, if advised later no refund is due of the deposit sent.
For what not specified above, the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with Greek E.O.T (National Hellenic Tourist Office) and the Greek courts of Neapoli shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising.
